Description:
We are recruiting for a Delivery Manager to lead on the rollout of CaseHub to our Claims Service. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the programme into live, with support from the Head of Digital, Head of Transformation, the CIO and the Director for Claims.
This role provides a unique opportunity to own all aspects of deploying significant technology change across a business function, both in working with our internal organisation as well as service users across the wider NHS.
To undertake this role, you will need to have experience in leading and delivering major IT transformation programmes into live and be able to work with colleagues and stakeholders across a spectrum of teams from Training and Communications to Technical Delivery, Test and Migration. You must have experience in working directly with colleagues from across the organisation, at Director level and team leader level, whose teams will ultimately be using our new systems.
The opportunity
- NHS Resolution is currently delivering a major programme to transform the legacy systems used to manage the delivery of our Advice service, Claims service, and Appeals Service (The three core functions of NHS Resolution), this has resulted in the development of a new case and document management system CaseHub, built on Pega and Microsoft products.
- We have recently successfully delivered the new system to the Advice service and are preparing to rollout to our Claims service, our largest and most complex service, with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- You'll work alongside team leads from our DDaT teams who have been working on the delivery of the platform along with colleagues form our communications and training teams and most importantly senior members of our Claims service who are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Claims service.
- You'll be accountable for bringing together the various teams involved in delivering our new system as well as working with colleagues from Claims to devise and track against a detailed implementation plan and ensure that all teams are able to work together to deliver the new System into the Organisation with minimal disruption.
What you’ll be doing
- Work closely with team leads and team members from our delivery and change teams to devise and align implementation plans.
- Work with colleagues in Claims to ensure that implementation plans align with operational needs and address key areas of concern.
- Provide regular and detailed updates to Claims leadership.
- Work with colleagues from our Project Management Office to enable delivery in line with our delivery processes and standards.
