Claim Relationship Manager

At AXA we work smart, this role is field-based. You'll travel frequently to AXA offices and broker partners.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and build valued and trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, brokers and key customers, via contact plans.
  • Effective management of broker panel, aligning to the wider AXA Commercial vision.
  • Be involved with renewal retention and profitability improvement on large case management clients.
  • Articulate and promote AXA's claims proposition and educate stakeholders. Deliver presentations to a variety of audiences via different methods.
  • Proactively identify and drive pipeline and large case management with Sales and Underwriting colleagues.
  • Onboarding and continued governance of Broker Claims delegated authorities.
  • Work with Claims Operations, Supply Chain and Legal to effectively onboard new business.
  • Seek and provide market & competitor insight to keep us ahead of our competitors.
  • Proactively seek broker feedback on AXA performance and delivery to improve the claim experience.
