We are pleased to present a fantastic opportunity at a Litigation / Civil Fraud practice looking for an Associate to join the firm based in London.

The Civil Fraud team is routinely instructed in the largest cases heard in the High Court many of which have an international / multi-jurisdictional angle that operate in parallel to criminal proceedings. The team has particular expertise in dealing with high value enforcement actions as well as freezing orders and other types of injunctive relief.

The firm is looking for an experienced Litigation / Civil Fraud Solicitor to join the very busy practice and gain exposure to international civil fraud claims concerning issues such as misappropriation, misrepresentation, complex freezing orders and asset recovery.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level lawyer looking to specialise in civil fraud.

The Candidate

• Commercial Litigation / Civil Fraud lawyer with 4 + years PQE
• Strong academic ability
• Interest in undertaking a variety of work for a variety of clients
• Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
• Effective networking ability
• Commercial awareness of client and firm requirements
• Self-motivation and resourcefulness
