Description:
The Chief Marketing and Digital Officer helps people with sight loss live the life they choose by leading and inspiring a senior team of leaders across brand, communications, digital, policy and campaigns to bring Guide Dogs’ purpose and brand to life through digital service delivery, attracting and nurturing donors and volunteers, and engaging colleagues.
The role will maximise the contribution of directorate teams to the overall effectiveness of Guide Dogs in achieving its strategic and change objectives. Working to raise Guide Dogs’ voice and impact through insight into customer needs, brand-building, marketing communications, and influencing public policy and sentiment through effective campaigning, this individual will lead and champion our digital vision and activity for Guide Dogs, to extend our reach with key stakeholders, build meaningful connections, and collaborating to ensure more people with sight loss benefit from life-changing accessible technology.
As a key member of the Executive team, the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer will report to the CEO and play a strategic role in the overall leadership of the organisation.
