Description:
This role is remote but will sometimes require visits to our client's offices (mainly London-based) to do DEI consultancy. The working hours are flexible and can be adjusted to your schedule. You will actively contribute to the strategic direction, growth and day-to-day operations of the business. Due to the substantial equity stake, this role has the capacity to encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including product development, some marketing but mainly consultancy delivery to our partners. You will have the flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of a startup. You will be a key decision-maker in UNVAELD, working alongside the Founder and other potential key stakeholders to shape the company's future. You will be responsible for leading and executing all aspects of our diversity and inclusion consultancy services provided to partner companies. This includes developing and implementing DEI strategies and conducting audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, the role requires staying up to date on legal, regulatory and societal developments in diversity and inclusion to ensure our services remain relevant and impactful.
