The team provides core commercial building surveying and project management services, focusing on industrial, office, and retail markets. The client is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor, and for the right candidate, the opportunity extends up to Associate level.

Responsibilities:

• Work on repeat business or business-to-business referrals from satisfied clients.

• Handle various commercial property needs in the industrial, office, and retail markets.

• Primarily manage projects outside of the Norfolk region, due to the client's preference for a consistent approach.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Chartered status (or equivalent experience) in building surveying.

• Experience in commercial property, especially in industrial, office, and retail sectors.

• Ability to manage repeat business and client relationships.
