Channel Service Manager
Description:
Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with distributors and major installers to deliver efficient and effective after-sales service;
- Organize training programs and help implement certification processes for installers;
- Offer sales training and support to help installers understand and effectively sell products;
- Engage in regular training sessions to stay updated on digital power products.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Solar channel work and Solar installer experience.
- Travel requirements 80% of the time traveling to get familiar with installers in the early stage, and 30% of the time traveling once settled
- Own vehicle: full UK driving license and have own vehicles
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English
