Channel Activation Manager

As a result of an internal move we are looking to appoint a Channel Activation Manager to be responsible for developing and implementing a clear executional look of success across retail environments, working in collaboration with our partners. This role will work closely with the FMCG Brand Marketing lead to translate the key Costa Masterbrand campaigns and objectives into shopper facing materials & moments to build visibility and drive Costa brand preference & conversion in outlets up and down the country, across both our RTD and At Home ranges.

We are looking for someone with those magic ingredients of strong influencing skills, creativity and with solid experience of commercial execution – likely to include overseeing FMCG brand campaigns across retailers & channels.

A bit about the role...
Day to day, you’ll be responsible for making sure we attract more shoppers and consumers to the Costa FMCG range. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing fit for purpose & engaging campaign materials for our partners to execute across retailers, underpinned by clear shopper & consumer insight
  • Setting clear direction on the outlet ‘look of success’ for each campaign and always on programmes
  • Manage the Costa owned channels communication plan (e.g. Social, CRM, loyalty, stores) for FMCG and work with key specialists internally to bring to life
  • Adhoc project support to grow internal and external engagement for the Costa FMCG range, including management and support of conferences, events & customer presentations
  • Develop clear post campaign reviews and recommendations to build into future activation planning
  • Management and optimisation of execution budgets
