Change Implementation Manager

• Role Requirements

• Build the case for change for targeted areas of organisational effectiveness set out in the Gearing up for Growth Programme. Generate trust and alignment across impacted stakeholders on the future state and the problem statements which will be solved

• Lead workshops to shape the detailed operating model design, including the definition of future state ways of working, accountabilities and management controls

• Responsible for demonstrating how the future state will work across complex value chains, taking colleagues along the journey through participation, engagement and stress testing design outputs

• Create and manage the implementation plan and RAID for organisational effectiveness projects, in partnership with subject matter experts

• Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
