Cass Compliance Manager

Description:

The firm are a global retail brokerage and the role will be be part of the compliance team where you will take on the role as CASS lead.

The role will be broad and varied, including:

• Challenging, overseeing, and advising on the strengthening of processes, policies, and CASS controls
• Assisting in the ongoing development of the CASS risk management framework
• Providing guidance to the business on CASS matters and other client assets regulations which could impact the firm
• CASS risk reporting
• Providing regular CASS MI to forums and committees
• Providing support to the wider Compliance Team

Skill Set Required:

• CASS experience is essential
• Broader Compliance experience is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Critical problem-solving ability
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
