This is an exciting role that puts you at the heart of the sales process. Working closely with the Local Sales, AdOps and Fulfilment teams you’ll help plan, book, and manage client campaigns. As your experience develops you will also be tasked with interpreting briefs to produce outstanding, tailored proposals across Global’s entire product set.

Measures of success –

In the first few months, you would have
 

  • A full understanding of our campaign planning/booking systems starting with the Outdoor portfolio
  • An understanding of the delivery cycle of a campaign from planning & booking to campaign delivery.
  • Worked with all internal teams to form relationships and gain an understanding of their role & function
  • An understanding of Global’s wide range of products and inventory.
  • The ability to expertly deal with calls and emails from internal and external customers.
  • Resolved campaign issues for our clients our agencies
     

Responsibilities Of The Role
 

  • Support the commercial team to deliver against targets, critical metrics and the sales process
  • Lead client campaigns from launch to completion, and ensure Post-Campaign Analysis is provided
  • Problem solve along the way ensuring we deliver the best solutions to our clients
  • Plan innovative, multi-platform solutions that meet our clients’ needs
  • Build efficient media plans that are optimised within the Global planning systems
  • Working to brief and utilising all Global products, build groundbreaking multi-platform solutions that meet our client’s needs
  • Where required, you will generate reports using our audience tools (e.g., Route, RALF, Telmar, Mediatel & Nielsen)
  • Ensure you keep your project management system up to date to reflect your current workload, and use it to self-manage your time
  • Use and build on your Keynote skills to produce exciting and dynamic presentations

  • You’ll need a head for figures, especially spreadsheets and working from tables from time to time
