Join a global High-Frequency Trading (HFT) firm as an expert C++ Developer to help build and optimize a brand-new trading system. This exciting role will involve working on a new trading pod in London, focused on equities and futures. The position offers a unique opportunity to develop a system from scratch, encompassing all aspects of its lifecycle, including architecture design, system development, performance tuning, and ongoing optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and optimize a cutting-edge trading system tailored for London equities and futures.
  • Take ownership of technical products and projects, focusing on increasing automation.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to design innovative solutions and build highly efficient trading tools.
  • Ensure system performance and reliability through continuous enhancement and tuning.
  • Contribute to the full lifecycle of system development, from architecture to deployment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent programming and technology skills, with strong expertise in C++.
  • Proven experience in building and optimizing trading systems (Buy-side experience required).
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills with a hands-on approach.
