This business are now looking to capitalise on opportunities within the municipal Water & Wastewater market.

As a key player within the business, you'll be instrumental in breaking into frameworks and securing new business, laying the foundation for expansion. The successful candidate, hitting growth and profitability targets, will have the opportunity to steer the direction of this business unit and ascend quickly within the business.

What does success look like in this position?

• New Customer Acquisition: Break into frameworks and establish an installed base of core pump ranges and spares.
• Marketing Collaboration: Provide feedback to marketing for targeted content to drive lead acquisition and new business.
• Networking Excellence: Set up and attend events to enhance networking and brand visibility in the water industry.
• KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed KPIs for calls and face-to-face visits with industry influencers and decision-makers.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a plan to achieve strategic objectives set by the board.
