Business To Business Sales Manager

 

Description:

Reporting to the Senior Operations and Client manager, you will manage a team of Account Managers to deliver sales growth targets.

 

Planning and co-ordinating activities, reviewing performance against plans and targets, you will act as the Principal Account Management contact for external partners and operators, building relationships with Senior Managers across our external partners and internal stakeholders to support them to deliver their contractual obligations to ScottishPower. You will be able to influence and negotiate with these partners through the support of the Senior Operations Manager and Head of Sales.

 

Additionally, you will hold responsibility for the execution and delivery of the operating plan through the development of close working relationships with internal Senior Management and relevant key stakeholders across the Customer Business.

 

 

What you’ll bring

Educated to degree level, or equivalent in a relevant numerical discipline, or possessing equivalent experience, you will be a Sales focused professional with a strong understanding of the value of service and customer engagement.

 

Possessing management experience from a Sales, Business or Project Management role which required management of third-party providers, you will promote your in depth understanding of Outsourced Sales which has included external Call Centre operations and outsourced Domestic Sales Partners and Agencies.

 

Commercially strong with a keen focus on margin optimisation, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to influence and manage stakeholders.
