Business To Business Proposition Director

We are recruiting for a permanent, full time Business to Business (B2B) Proposition Director to join our Nest Experience leadership team.
This role provides the opportunity to be at the start of a new journey for Nest as we transform the service and experience we deliver.
To support this journey, we are looking for a B2B Proposition Director who will be accountable for the overall strategy and customer value propositions for our employers and the intermediaries that support them – our Nest Connectors.
You will need to have deep experience in developing customer-centric propositions for business customers, ideally with significant exposure to employers of all shapes and sizes, and in digital-first environments.
With excellent functional and people leadership skills you will motivate, inspire and empower teams and build an inclusive and high-performing environment where diversity is valued and there is equality of opportunity for all.
