Description:
HSBC is seeking a skilled Business Performance Manager to join their Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) team, a key role in shaping customer and commercial performance through data insights. This role will primarily focus on understanding customer segments and behaviors, utilizing both internal and external data to drive HSBC's growth ambitions.
The Business Performance Manager will be responsible for owning and monitoring the Customer Financial Revenue Plan (FRP), Customer Life Cycle Management (CLCM) data, and Product Penetration to improve customer and product performance. This role will include forecasting, performance monitoring, and developing actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team, ensuring effective communication of key insights and commercial updates to stakeholders to influence decision-making.
- Forecast and monitor the five-year Customer FRP, CLCM metrics, and product penetration across different WPB customer segments.
- Track segment performance and highlight any adverse trends, with strategies for optimization.
- Develop segment-led business case forecasts to support senior stakeholder decisions.
- Sponsor and oversee CLCM strategies, including customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Develop reports and dashboards on customer-level performance for governance meetings (e.g., Business Reviews, steering committees).
- Simplify and enhance KPI reporting in collaboration with data teams.
