RESPONSIBILITIES:
You’ll be taking ownership of the performance of your team as well as contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Team Development and Mentoring.
Oversee end-to end recruitment processes of team members ensuring efficiency and quality.
Consistent billings and Business Development.
Identify and secure new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.
Account Management across all clients to ensure relationships are maintained and further developed.
Carry out 1-2-1 meetings with your team to ensure they have focus in the right areas and in turn, improve billings.
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Team Lead or Similar.
Consistent billings within the Permanent Recruitment division.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Proven experience developing teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, growing environment.
Ability to lead from the front, take initiative and inspire those around you whilst managing a small team.
