They are seeking dedicated Business Development Specialists to support their team in identifying and pursuing B2B opportunities, enhancing brand recognition, and driving financial growth, with a specific focus on the EU region and its communities.
They are looking to hire specialists for the following regions: France, UK, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, and Russia.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate a growth and user acquisition strategy tailored to communities of each regions, with a strong emphasis on financial improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate and expand our client base by establishing enduring relationships with both existing and new contacts, aiming to boost trading volume and revenue generation.
- Assume responsibility for regional user communities on platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct comprehensive research and proactively engage potential partners (KOLs/ affiliates) for onboarding, serving as their primary point of contact and nurturing client relationships.
- Extract valuable insights from customer and competitor data to identify profitable business opportunities and provide guidance on new product offerings that align with customer needs and expectations.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and internal teams to coordinate planned initiatives and client proposals, particularly related to user activation campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in business-to-business (B2B) sales, particularly within the crypto or financial sectors.
- Extensive familiarity with web3 and crypto ecosystems, coupled with a genuine passion for the crypto industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both native language and English.
- Strong abilities in client management, retention, and negotiation.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, along with excellent presentation skills.
- Adept problem-solving skills to propose strategic, mutually beneficial solutions.
- Willingness and availability to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients.
