- Analyse educational and commercial goals, creating tailored action plans that align TTS resources with these priorities.
- Establish strategic partnerships, focusing on long-term educational impact and commercial success.
- Drive revenue growth through customised educational solutions that meet the learning and financial objectives of the school groups and their schools or settings.
- Regularly assess the educational and commercial impact of strategies implemented.
- Support communication initiatives that take place between the school groups and their constituents, describing and promoting the custom TTS relationship.
- Stay informed on market trends in education and identify opportunities for commercial expansion.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective solutions, contributing to repeat business and sustained revenue growth.
- Plan and forecast commercial development of their territory on an account-specific basis.
