The role of Partnership Manager plays a crucial role in aligning TTS's educational resources school groups and Early Years chains. This position demands a balance between educational understanding and driving commercial success, focusing on creating customer specific action plans for revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse educational and commercial goals, creating tailored action plans that align TTS resources with these priorities.
  • Establish strategic partnerships, focusing on long-term educational impact and commercial success.
  • Drive revenue growth through customised educational solutions that meet the learning and financial objectives of the school groups and their schools or settings.
  • Regularly assess the educational and commercial impact of strategies implemented.
  • Support communication initiatives that take place between the school groups and their constituents, describing and promoting the custom TTS relationship.
  • Stay informed on market trends in education and identify opportunities for commercial expansion.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective solutions, contributing to repeat business and sustained revenue growth.
  • Plan and forecast commercial development of their territory on an account-specific basis.
