Description:
The position is full or part time, based at "The Springboard Technology Centre" in Cwmbran, with a hybrid working model and an initial period of two years. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and be IT literate. They should be comfortable with regular travel within the borough, managing their own timetable to ensure regular member visits and support. Familiarity with CRM/Salesforce or similar platforms, social media marketing, and data collection is essential.
Duties will include maximizing member value, conducting member surveys, promoting events, and assisting with unpaid fees or symposium bookings. The candidate will provide feedback to TSEF Board members, update the CRM system, and produce field reports. They will also be responsible for marketing, gaining a thorough understanding of key businesses in the borough, driving new membership sales, selling sponsorship areas for events, and using new business leads to grow members.
