Key Responsibilities:

• Drive New Business Opportunities to achieve income targets and grow the college's commercial and training services.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to assess and address business training requirements.
• Actively market the college's training provision and other services to employers and the wider community.
• Increase the number of Apprenticeship vacancies by engaging with employers and promoting Apprenticeship programmes.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
