Role Overview:
As Business Development Manager, you will drive new customer acquisition for G+D’s digital offerings, connectivity solutions, and IoT services, including SIM, eSIM platforms, mobile connectivity, and tracking solutions. This is a strategic role focused on expanding G+D’s footprint across Northern Europe (UK, Ireland, Scandinavia, and the Baltics), helping customers leverage cutting-edge technologies to stay competitive in the rapidly evolving Telecoms and IoT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify key sectors and target clients, attending industry events to generate leads.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and presenting G+D’s digital and IoT solutions as ideal solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that demonstrate how G+D’s solutions address the unique challenges of the Telecom and IoT sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product development, marketing, customer support) to ensure seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Telecoms/IoT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital solutions (SIM, eSIM, mobile connectivity, IoT technologies).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and collaborate across internal teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
