Description:

A rapidly growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Horsham is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling the company’s Managed Service solutions and technologies, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Growth – Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Lead Generation & Relationship Building – Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers.
Business Development – Proactively seek out new business opportunities and follow up on enquiries.
Proposal & Presentation – Prepare sales proposals and presentations to pitch services to prospective clients.
Sales Negotiation & Closing Deals – Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet targets.
Market & Competitor Analysis – Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Networking & Events – Attend trade shows and networking events to expand business opportunities.
Technical Support & Advisory – Provide technical advice and support to customers, ensuring they receive the best service.

Key Requirements:

Proven B2B Sales Experience – Minimum 2+ years in a business development or sales role.
Industry Knowledge – Strong understanding of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Ability to build strong relationships and engage with clients effectively.
Strategic Thinking & Sales Planning – Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Autonomy & Teamwork – Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Customer-Centric Approach – Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Organizational & Time Management – Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
