Business Development Manager

Description:

We're working with a UK business who are looking to add an experienced BDM to their team, the business are well known in the defence industry, their products range from Software, systems, hardware, and other items. They operate across land, sea and air with their products used across all the forces. The business would ideally like the candidate to be ex forces however this is not essential. You'll be covering the UK and Ireland and will already be familiar with relevant MOD sites etc.

You'll need:

🌍5+ years experience in a similar position

🌍Eligible for security clearance

🌍Previous experience communicating in a similar business/industry

🌍Understand market challenges and other key players

🌍Experience with long sales processes

🌍Excellent negotiation skills

🌍Comfortable with regular travel across UK/Ireland
