Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team . In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative healthcare products within your designated territory, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong client relationships. Your work will directly impact healthcare teams and their patients, as you manage both new and existing accounts across NHS and private healthcare organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Opportunity Development:
- Generate new leads and rapidly expand existing account bases to grow revenue.
- Lead in-person and remote presentations to senior executives, including product demonstrations and proposals.
- Engage with prospects to identify specific pain points, creating tailored business cases to meet their needs.
- Drive sales pipeline through self-generated research and outreach, leveraging insights to convert opportunities into revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Product Managers, Project Managers) to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.
- Document all sales activity within Salesforce CRM, using data to forecast, manage sales activity, and achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, focusing on building trust and ensuring future upselling opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong connections with C-suite executives within each account.
- Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth for specific product lines across assigned territories.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct thorough research on potential customers, competitors, and market trends to position Induction Healthcare favourably in tenders.
- Provide valuable insights for crafting high-quality bid responses to optimize success rates.
- Partner with the Head of Commercial Operations and Commercial Director to align growth strategy with company objectives.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Achieve annual and quarterly quotas (ARR targets).
- Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Drive client growth through revenue expansion and strategic alignment.
- Build national coverage with active engagement across your network.
