Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the graphics, fit out, signage or FM industry. This pivotal role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
- Identify and target potential clients in large retail, banking, hotels, hospitality, and quick-service restaurant sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide market feedback and insights to support product development.
- Represent Novograf at industry events and trade shows.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the graphics, fit out or signage industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Ability to travel across the UK as needed.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
