Description:

We are searching for a Business Development Manager to join our client’s team, focusing on converting sales opportunities and managing client accounts. This hybrid position combines in-office work (1-2 days per week) with remote flexibility, offering a balanced work environment. The role does not involve cold lead generation but emphasises closing sales and fostering strong client relationships to support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay current with industry trends.
  • Use CRM tools to manage client information and track sales progress.

Preferred Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, particularly within retail environments or similar.
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising, retail design, and customer experience enhancements.
