Business Development Manager

 

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in securing new fire protection maintenance contracts. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and fostering long-term relationships with partners who value safety and reliability.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fire protection maintenance sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met with the highest standards.
  • Present and demonstrate our fire protection services to potential clients.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and client needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the fire protection or maintenance industry.
  • A strong understanding of fire protection systems and services is an asset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Self-motivated, humble, and driven by success.
  • Smart, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
