Responsibilities:
- Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective projects, exchanges, launchpads, VCs, agencies, and other industry players to expand our network and deal flow.
- Engage in outreach and networking events to establish partnerships and uncover new business opportunities.
- Manage and strengthen existing client relationships, providing ongoing support to portfolio projects and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives and client needs.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify strategic opportunities and guide business decisions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem, including decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and emerging technologies.
- Coordinate with marketing and communication teams to enhance our brand visibility and promote our services within the industry.
- Prepare and present business proposals, partnership agreements, and project evaluations to stakeholders.
- Properly map the entire industry landscape to identify key players, trends, and growth areas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and the Web3 ecosystem.
- Strong networking skills with a knack for building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and convincingly.
