Business Development Manager

 

Description:

If successful, you will be responsible for winning new logos and closing new business deals in the UK, targeting mid-market and enterprise retail firms. This is a fantastic role for a new business hunter looking to take their career to the next level with a market-leading product and in a role that provides a lot of flexibility and autonomy.

 

The Business Development Manager will:

  • Deliver/exceed on financial and activity targets
  • Close new business deals via both inbound and self-sourced leads
  • Accurately forecast new pipeline
  • Be a key member of the new business sales team

 

Required skills and experience:

  • At least a 2:1 Undergraduate Degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of two years' experience in closing new business deals
  • Any experience of working with Retail clients is a bonus but not mandatory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to own a sales cycle from start to finish
  • Eligible to work in the UK
