Essential skills include:

• Experience in business development, sales, employer engagement or partnership management.
• Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills.
• An understanding of higher apprenticeships.
• Having a driving licence and car (to attend events to represent the University).
• A proficient level of digital competence and confidence.
