PMO Global Institute Inc (PMOGI) is the certification body for PMO certifications called Certified Baseline PMO Consultant (CB-PMO)®. PMO Global Institute also developed a PMO guidebook called PMOGuidebook and a PMO framework called "CB-PMO Framework". PMO Global Institute has authorized a business partner program to enable local partners to grow these certifications across territories. In addition, PMOGI has membership programs.
PMO Global Institute is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow its global partner network.
Job Description:
- Generate leads for partner program
- Manage existing partners through monthly progress meeting
- Convert leads to sales
- Sign up 4-5 partners per month
- Follow up with existing partners and guide them to grow their business.
- Follow up for renewals.
Requirements:
- Client and partner management experience
- Software or certification sales experience in the international market
- Understanding of project management
Compensation Package:
- Fixed Salary: $1800/Month US Dollars [Depending on Experience]
- Sales Incentives: 2%-5% achieving on sales target and as per company's defined sales incentive plan
- Mobile Allowance: At actual [You will be provided a dedicated International Phone Number]
- Performance Bonus: Normally, 2-3 bonuses are disbursed per year. Performance bonuses will depend on both quantitative and qualitative assessment criteria.
- Travel Allowance- At Actual as per company travel policy
- Pension: 5% company contribution for permanent employees. Run by PF policy
- Performance Review and Appraisal: Appraisal will be done after six months, depending on the performance.
Requirements to meet:
- 8-10 years of sales and business development experience
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
- Knowledge of Project Management will be an added advantage
- Software sales experience in the international market
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to provide quality service
- Ability to prioritize, demonstrating first-class organizational and time management skills
