Business Development Manager

 

Description:

Reporting to the Managing Director and Sales Director, you will be largely responsible for the new business development.

 

Progression in the future to help manage and grow the sales team!

Priorities will be- developing new and exciting relationships with clients to increase profitability.

 

Responsibilities of the role will include:

 

  • Generating leads and forming partnerships in the channel
  • A role in helping to define strategy
  • Some involvement on the partnerships side
  • Be involved in the future development and growth of the sales team
  • BD and partner development strategies and plans
  • Work closely with marketing team
  • Continue to challenge and follow best practices across the business
  • Involvement of end-to-end sales processes
  • They are looking for you to also continue to develop your own skills!

 

About you

 

- Strong business development / sales experience at a Microsoft partner

- Strong Dynamics 365 new business sales experience (ideally on the D365 CE/CRM side)

- Strong track record in new business sales and managing partner/ client relationships

- Strong track record in achieving targets set and revenue targets

- A confident and proactive person
