Description:

Our client is a specialist lender and boutique asset management business that provides secured lending against UK property, primarily to non-UK resident individuals purchasing buy-to-let property and to UK residents seeking (unregulated) short-term bridging finance.

 

Due to continued growth over the last 3 years, they are now seeking an experienced London based Business Development Manager to help manage their existing Intermediary Key Accounts whilst working to a wider growth strategy.

Purpose of the position:

 

  • The purpose of the role is to drive mortgage sales from the London-based introducers (such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, and property developers).
  • Identifying and engaging with new introducers
  • Pitching the firm’s proposition
  • Building and maintaining relationships with introducers
  • Key Account Management
  • Longer term projects to open new markets

 

Key skills and experience required:

 

  • Experience within the Intermediary Mortgage Market.
  • Highly personal with high emotional intelligence
  • Commercially minded and results oriented
  • Self-motivated and deliberate in their manner.
  • A strong educational background.
