Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team, with a primary focus on selling our specialised pallet wrap solutions in the North of England. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through a combination of base salary and commission-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients in the North of England to introduce and sell our specialised pallet wrap solutions.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our specialised pallet wrap solutions, as well as the competitive landscape, to effectively communicate product benefits and advantages to potential clients.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to create and execute a strategic sales plan for the region, including market research, competitor analysis, and target identification.

Quotation and Proposal Creation: Prepare accurate and compelling sales quotations and proposals, addressing client requirements, specifications, and budget considerations.

Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations, both in-person and virtually, to showcase the value of our solutions.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall company revenue objectives.

Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

· Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in the packaging industry.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable.

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Familiarity with the North of England market and the ability to travel as needed.
