Description:

Our client is a leading provider of high-efficiency HVAC systems and products, specializing in commercial and industrial markets. They are a privately owned company with a dedicated team of 40 employees at its South-East office, supplemented by subcontract labour for installations and servicing. They are growing at a rate of c20% annually and continue to invest in their people and operations.

 

The Role and Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities and actively promote our products and services to engineering consultants, specifiers, contractors, service and facilities providers, and end users.
  • Visit HVAC and steam bath manufacturers, installers, contractors, and consultants to build and nurture relationships, generating inquiries and leads for humidity control equipment.
  • Conduct site surveys and meet with customers at their offices to discuss projects across the UK.
  • Provide technical support and advice over the phone, in person, and via email to support sales activities.
  • Generate and deliver detailed quotations to customers promptly.
  • Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans.
  • Willingness to undergo regular in-house, supplier, and external training.
  • Willingness to travel, which may involve overnight stays when necessary.
