Description:
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Working within EDINA’s sales team while collaborating closely with ISG’s Data-Driven Innovation IoT Programme (IoT), and Digital Curation Centre (DCC).
- Selling core products and services including: IoT, training and consultancy, data management, geospatial and satellite data, computational learning platforms, and AI solutions.
- Establishing a workable understanding of all technology solutions to ensure the ability to sell efficiently and effectively.
- Exploring new markets, and successfully identifying and engaging with new external customers to create a strong sales pipeline.
- Expanding current customer opportunities for technology solutions and growing market share within existing segments.
- Contributing to wider organisational business development plans through planning and 2-3 year horizon scanning of their markets.

Desirable:
- Experience in the technology fields ISG are developing would be an advantage, but is not essential.
