Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to gather names and information for marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining sales systems, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide support for sales documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare sales quotations, commercial proposals, and statements of work.
  • Engage in sales administration duties, including generating sales reports and conducting data analysis.
  • Proficiently operate a CRM system and generate report data.
  • Manage client contracts and promptly respond to client inquiries.
  • Offer backup support for sales order processing and financial administration tasks.

Key Skills:

  • Effective people skills to assist in building relationships internally and externally.
  • Evidence of excellent written, verbal communications and client liaison skills.
  • Proven experience of working well in a similar high-pressure environment.
  • Flexible work ethic with can-do attitude combined with attention to detail and accuracy.
