EAC are representing a Market Leading Organisation who on the lookout for a Business Development Executive to join their team. You will be part of a forward thinking team in a beautful, modern office based in Bedford. If you enjoy building intial relationships over the phone and generating leads then this could be the role for you.
 

Responsibilites For The Business Development Executive
 

  • Daily telemarketing calls to achieve set targets (between 50-80 calls)
  • Fulfill telemarketing admin tasks on a daily basis.
  • Weekly reporting on telemarketing performance, including calls, appointments, and conversion rates.
  • Daily management of CRM system; ensuring it stays updated and organised.
  • Weekly lead generation from various sources in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Weekly lead research to enrich information available for the telemarketing team.
  • Weekly lead entry into the CRM system with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
  • Daily follow-up on leads to ensure proper development and attention.

  • Effective verbal and written negotiating skills.
  • Confident Relationship Builder over the phone
  • Clear telephone skills and a team player with good interpersonal abilities.
