In this capacity, you will be responsible for providing both strategic and hands-on support in business development and marketing to their globally operating group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elevating Our Profile: Collaborate with our PR team (and agencies across the UK, US, Asia, and the Middle East) to execute PR and media strategies aimed at enhancing the visibility of our lawyers and the industry group as a whole.

• In-depth Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the entertainment and media sector.

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients while identifying new business development opportunities.

• Strategic Planning: Work closely with the team to create and implement business development strategies that foster growth.

• Pitch and Proposal Development: Craft compelling pitches and proposals to secure new clients and projects.

• Networking and Event Representation: Act as the firm's ambassador at industry events and networking functions.

• Budget Oversight: Effectively manage the business development budget to maximize the return on investment.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a professional services environment, ideally with a background in the entertainment and media industry.

• Proven ability to liaise with individuals at all levels, including partners and clients across different geographies and time zones.

• Strong track record in business development, ideally within the legal sector and specifically in entertainment and media.

• Extensive knowledge of the entertainment and media industry.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Outstanding organizational and project management skills.

• Degree qualified, MBA, or higher education.
