Business Development Executive

 

Description:

As a Business Development Executive at Aliflammeem Ltd you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and revenue streams within the ecommerce sector. Your primary focus will be to identify and engage potential clients, build lasting relationships, and promote our range of business support services. You will work in a hybrid position within the sales, marketing and operational domain of the business to offer services to clients to create and implement strategies for growth and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

Identify and target potential clients in the ecommerce industry.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through market research, networking, and cold outreach.

Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate our service offerings.

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Supervision and management of the ecommerce account of the business and helping to develop and promote their products and also helping to record and control their performance and reporting.

Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs.

Sales Strategy:

Formulation of the sales and marketing strategy and implementation.

Participate and lead in sales meetings, share insights, and provide input to refine sales tactics.

Work towards set revenue targets and objectives.

Market Intelligence:

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.

Utilize market insights to identify new business development opportunities.

Share market intelligence with the other executive members.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities.

Generate reports on sales performance and present findings to the management team.

Client Education:

Keep clients informed about industry updates, regulatory changes, and the latest trends.

Provide educational content and resources to clients to enhance their understanding of our services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential)

Proven experience in business development or sales, particularly in the ecommerce sector.

Strong knowledge of ecommerce operations specifically in Amazon, eBay, Etsy etc.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
