In this role you will:
- Help drive the adoption and penetration of HSBC ETFs and index funds within the UK across all segments.
- Identify sales prospects that cater to the unique requirements of our UK customers. The individual in this position will oversee the entire sales process from identification to finalizing the sale.
- Meet revenue targets in a demanding sales environment.
- Develop and uphold a strong level of analysis and guidance on HSBC ETFs and index options.
- Serve as a UK AM passive expert on customer requirements and market trends, assisting in creating tailored client lists and solutions in model portfolios based on investment themes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience in the UK Asset Management sector, particularly in selling passive products, is preferred. Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with ETF index funds are essential for this position.
- An extensive background in Sales/Business Development is necessary
- Exceptional skills in managing client relationships are mandatory. Must be proactive in engaging with clients and potential leads, demonstrating self-motivation to meet key objectives.
- Exceptionally organized with meticulous attention to detail. Capable of collaborating within an international team.
- Professional certifications like the CFA or IMC would be advantageous but are not required.
