Data manipulation and analytical skills are important for this programme, with a good sense of business acumen and attention to detail. Having the appetite and ability to manage and navigate complexity in a team environment is also highly beneficial. This might have been developed through a degree programme and strong academic record – but if you think you have it what it takes and have chosen a different academic journey please reach out. A willingness to push yourself and learn is also key. There will be a lot of collaboration throughout your rotations, so strong communication skills and the ability to story tell through your work and data will help you along the way!
