Business Applications Specialist

Robert Walters is working in partnership with a leading provider of healthcare services. With a long-standing history, they have a national customer base offering a range of consultancy services. Due to continued growth, projects and acquisition, they are keen to appoint an experienced an Business Applications Specialist (Home Based) paying a salary up to £36,000, plus bonus and profit share and is 100% home based. As an experienced Business Applications Specialist (Home Based), you will plan and deliver IT Plans by helping develop a detailed understanding of the business challenges and identifying technology-based solutions to support operational excellence and fast business growth.

You will use your knowledge of business operations and technology market to work in a partnership-based approach with leaders and partners to plan and deliver operational changes.

Business Applications Specialist (Home Based): Duties
 

• Stakeholder Engagement – understand requirements, build project proposals
• Progress proposals to conceptual design
• Work teams throughout project initiation to meet project needs and objectives
• Understand of business context across support office and managed services operations
• Understand how technology delivery and operational process can deliver business strategy
• Work with PM’s and BA’s to ensure projects are initiated well
• Provide business domain, existing technology and process expertise to the design teams
• Provide support to projects – ensure solutions meet business needs
• Work with test teams to ensure stages are signed off
• Support 1st and 2nd service support group with queries
• Create/Manage documentation for applications
• Carry out configuration of applications
• Review/Update application configuration
   

Business Applications Specialist (Home Based): Experience
