Business Analyst

Description:

My client is an impressive VC-backed fintech scale-up that has been disrupting the market over the last 18 months. They are looking for a Business Analyst to join the team and strengthen their product team. The business is growing rapidly, and this is a fantastic opportunity to significantly impact its growth.

• Collaborate with product managers and business subject matter experts to understand processes, identify problems, and propose solution scenarios.
• Translate solution requirements into actionable user stories in partnership with product managers and business SMEs.
• Facilitate and support the management of the product backlog.
• Work with product managers and business SMEs to define and refine acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers to review user stories for clarity and assist in effort estimation.
• Coordinate and perform user acceptance testing to validate that product functionality aligns with business requirements before each release.
• Analyse and model business processes to identify gaps and drive improvements in products and services

Experience

• Good understanding of back-end programming languages (Python, Node.JS, Java, PHP, GO, C#, C++)
• IBA-CCBA certified
