The Role:

As a Business Analyst specialising in IT projects, your primary responsibility is to ensure successful project outcomes by utilising your expertise in project management and delivery. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, playing a vital role in analysing, designing, and implementing SaaS projects that align with organisational goals. Responsibilities include Requirements gathering; Documentation and Analysis; Project Management and Planning; Quality Assurance; Solution Design; Data Analysis; Stakeholder Communication; Change Management and Post-Implementation Support.
