urrently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our customer's team. The ideal candidate will have experience mapping processes and excellent stakeholders management skills.
Required Skills:
- Proven work experience as an Operations Analyst or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Key responsibilities & duties include:
- Working in the Operations area
- Technical functionality/services that enable successful use of the website and apps
- Data Centre Migration, removal of legacy systems and code, removal of technical debt
- Legal updates in accordance with government mandates
- Manage high priority incidents using SNOW
- Work across all the Ops teams
- Analysis and understanding of AS-IS processes and functionality
- Documentation of TO-BE operational processes, technical functionality and compliance issues
- Support the Product Owner with sprint and release preparation
- Creation of Jira tickets
- Subject matter expert and point of contact with other teams for bugs and new Initiatives
- Manage Discovery Lite workshops ensuring key resources are engaged and correct level of detail is defined
- Maintain key technical documentation in Confluence to support Product team
- Have an awareness of the other Operation teams' workloads/backlog etc.
Desirable skills:
- Experience using statistical and database software
- Consulting and project management expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
- Ability to understand priority and impact of issues/bugs
