Business Analysis Manager

Harvey Nash is delighted to partner with a well-established brand in the North to recruit a Business Analysis Manager as they embark on an exciting and ambitious transformation journey.

The objective of this transformation is to revolutionise the organisation's service delivery to both customers and employees, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Cloud, AI, and Automation. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the success of a significant IT transformation that will positively impact the daily lives of many across the North.

This newly created role, reporting directly to the Director of IT, will be responsible for building and integrating a new team of change professionals to support this transformation. The role requires an experienced, dynamic leader capable of building strong stakeholder relationships and guiding the organisation through this period of change.

We are seeking an expert in establishing best practices for teams, redefining approaches to requirements management, process mapping, and the creation of user stories. In addition, this role will be accountable for shaping the organisation’s data management and data governance strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a management role leading Business Analysts
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong background in business analysis, including hands-on experience as a Business Analyst
• On-site presence for a minimum of 3 days per week, with additional presence required in the initial stages to build key relationships across the business
