Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading multi disciplinary architectural practice in West London who are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their busy team.

Responsibilities:

• Building Surveys
• Take responsibility as the project leader for project delivery
• Provide clients with detailed fee proposals
• Contract Administration
• Planned Preventative Maintenance
• Refurbishment
• Design Specifications
• Schedule of Works
• Party Wall

Requirements:

• MRICS Qualified
• BSc in Building Surveying
• Understanding of the contractual role under different forms of contract and appointment i.e. CA /EA / PM.
• Fully understand the regulatory requirements of the relevant work sector including Building Regulations, PAS2035, Building Safety Act 2022 and HRB’s
• Good working knowledge of the following software packages: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, 365, Sharepoint, Atlas
• Proven project experience
• Full UK drivers licence
