We’re looking for a Digital Brand Manager to come and join our clients marketing team with both a retail and e-commerce offering. Our global market leading Client has a great opportunity on their hands – a brand with genuine stories, excellent food treats and passionate people – but there are too many future customers out there who don’t know about the organisation, or what they stand for.

 

You will be responsible for helping to evolve and execute the brand strategy and vision, focussing on delivering cross-channel marketing campaigns that are impactful, fun and unique whilst driving L4L sales growth. Responsible for the co-creation and execution of the annual marketing calendar.

 

Alongside traditional marketing communications, you will be responsible for driving the brand personality and elevating the brand through visually merchandising. You will play an active role within the broader commercial team working alongside multiple department across the wider UK & Ireland organisation

 

You will work with the operations team to ensure brilliant execution of the campaigns & building effective relationships with key agency partners.

 

A creative-thinker, you will be able to work tactically to support sales-driving initiatives. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and are able to turn around quick campaigns to achieve commercial results.

 

We are looking for a passionate and energetic marketer with proven experience in the field of e-commerce and D2C

 

The role:

 

Brand & Commercial plan – support in the creation and delivery of the brand and commercial plan

Analytics – ensure that every initiative is modelled and forecast outcomes. Test and learn based on the commercial results

Responsible for delivery of campaign PCRs in line with agreed timelines

Proactively looks for ways to optimise results and stay competitive with our competitors

Creation of all campaign and creative briefs

Ensure the successful implementation of all seasonal campaigns across all channels and through operational teams

Preparation of marketing briefs to access marketing services - marketing services such as NPD, creative design, marketing planning and brand development are provided by the Group Marketing function. The Digital Brand Manager will access these services by submitting a marketing brief articulating identified opportunity to generate improved sales or margin, specifying desired outcomes and proposing strategies for development

Manage all content and influencer & paid strategy to drive sales, brand awareness and maximise reach

Oversee all brand photoshoots to ensure content delivered in line with brand guidelines and global look-and-feel

Monitor competitor and brand partner activity

Spend time in the field– observing and supporting implementation in operational units

Digital Sales Channel & Loyalty

Ownership of delivery (inc. catering), and C&C 3PT partnerships

Maximising menu & range to drive AOV

Identify & implement marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive brand awareness, reach & sales. Align to brand national campaigns

Implement improved UX and commercial changes to digital platforms including - but not exclusive to:

Email database – drive in-store visits and takeaway/delivery transactions through commercially-sound campaigns

Website - ensure website optimised to drive conversion

Ownership of C&C platform including maximising menu & range to drive ATV
